Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email support@pinkstrands.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
