Processing Time: All wigs are pre-order unless stated “Ready to Ship.” Processing time is 7–14 business days.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Shipping takes 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is marked “shipped,” we are no longer responsible. Please contact your local carrier.
